I’ve worked with Marco on multiple projects and he always impresses me with his breadth of technical knowledge and dedication. Macro expertly used Solidworks and PLC programming to build multiple custom automated manufacturing equipment with stringent specifications for Zense. In these projects, Marco demonstrated adaptive and creative thinking in modifying types of equipment to ever-changing design requirements and technical challenges. For instance, one piece of equipment initially asked for a water bath, but after providing feedback to Marco that excess moisture from the bath was an issue, he researched and found suitable hot plates as replacements that are used in the final equipment build.
